PARTNERSHIP | ORPHAN CARE

AFRICAN CHILDREN IN NEED

Across West Africa, many children have lost one or both parents or are living in desperate circumstances because of poverty, abuse, neglect, or family crisis. At Agape Children's Home, each child is welcomed into a safe, Christ-centered family setting where they are loved, encouraged, and given hope for the future.

In 2000, Agape Children's Home was established to provide long-term care for orphaned and vulnerable children. As the need continues to grow, we continue to expand our capacity to welcome more children in need. Our boys' residence was recently updated, and Hope House—our new girls' residence—is nearing completion. It will double our capacity for girls by providing a safe and loving home for at least 36 additional girls, who will be raised in family-style homes alongside dedicated Christian caregivers.

WHAT YOUR SPONSORSHIP PROVIDES

Your monthly sponsorship helps provide:

  • A safe, Christ-centered home

  • Nutritious meals and clean water

  • Clothing and personal necessities

  • Medical and dental care

  • Christian education

  • Spiritual discipleship

  • Life skills and preparation for adulthood

The children also attend Agape Academy International— our Christian school—located adjacent to Agape Children’s Home, so our children receive a quality education while growing academically, spiritually, and personally in an environment that encourages biblical character and prepares them for a productive future.

Sponsorship is about more than meeting practical needs—it's an opportunity to encourage a child through prayer and relationship.

As a sponsor, you'll receive:

  • A profile of your sponsored child

  • Regular ministry updates

  • Letters from your child

  • Opportunities to write words of encouragement

  • Opportunities to visit during ministry trips to Ghana
